Sales made from your Affiliate link will be tracked via "cookies". "Cookie" history will be set for a 30 day period. Credit cannot be given for sales that have no "cookie" tracking [what is this?].

• Primary Affiliates
Primary Affiliates will earn 5% commission on any sale generated thru their Affiliate link.

• Commissions
When your commission total reaches $25.00 or more, you will be paid thru Paypal.com, or you may obtain a store credit for that amount due you. If you desire a store credit, I must be notified prior to the month of payout. All payments will be made by the 15th of the following month, for the sales generated during the previous month. If you do not reach $25.00 in a month, the credit will roll over to the following month or months, until the $25.00 required is attained.

• Email Address
We must be informed of any change in your email address or web site status. If we cannot successfully send an email to you, no payment will be made.

• Approved Affiliates
When you application has been approved for Affiliate status, you will receive an email from us, with your affiliate details, and your account will be activated.

• Discontinuing Your Affiliate Status
If you wish to discontinue your Affiliate status, we request you notify us within 30 days of your decision so we may update our records.

• Sales through Cafe Press
All sales, from our "sister" site, The Farmhouse General Store, powered thru Cafe Press, are ineligible for any earned Affiliate credits.

What is a cookie?
A computer cookie is a small text file which contains a unique ID tag, placed on your computer by a website. The website saves a complimentary file with a matching ID tag. In this file various information can be stored, from pages visited on the site, to information voluntarily given to the site. When you revisit the site days or weeks later, the site can recognize you by matching the cookie on your computer with the counterpart in its database. Cookies are necessary means for tracking your sales. Thus, if within the 30 day window of "cookie tracking" that we use, a customer returns even thru another entrance and not thru your web link, you will still generate credit for that sale. However, if cookies are turned off, which rarely happens, your sale cannot be tracked, and no commission will be generated.
